We have enriched and designed our villa based on our perspective towards life. Our high-quality criteria result from our belief in experiencing moments at their utmost, with elegance and comfort.

Being charmed by Mykonos Island, its skies, sea, town, and luxurious vibration, we used to visit this property during summers and somehow, we ended up bonding with its location, views, amenities, and aesthetics.

So, two years ago we decided to buy it and share it with other sunset lovers too. This year, we visualised to create the absolute luxury experience by a minimalistic yet eccentric approach. We are glad to have done it!

Our Luxury Villa

East-oriented and located at the beautiful area of ‘Kanalia Ornos’, Villa Lavan has the most astonishing, panoramic sea and sunset views, over Mykonos town and Mykonos port.

Inspired by natural materials and the Greek-island life, Villa Lavan has blended chestnut wood and local stones with white pigment, conceptualising to give a classy, bohemian aestheticism. It possesses ten bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, two swimming pools, two kitchens, dining areas, bar, cinema room and a gym room.

Living Area: 1,335 sqm (775sqm inside areas & 560sqm verandas and pergolas).
Land Size: 4,430 sqm
